Vi-Spring collects information through our website at several points:

i. When you register for a Brochure, we need to know your name and postal contact address. E-mail address submission is optional.

ii. When you register your Vi-Spring Guarantee, we need to know your name, postal address and the name of the retailer from whom you purchased your bed. All other information is optional.

Part 2. Information Usage

The information collected by Vi-Spring will be used to process your enquiry or register your Vi-Spring bed. With regard to Brochure Requests, we may share data with carefully selected Vi-Spring stockists (third parties). These third parties may use the information to contact you about Vi-Spring products. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option for you not receive these types of communications (opt-out).

Information collected via Guarantee Cards is held to validate your purchase and for marketing, sales analysis and statistical purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources. We offer links to other websites. Please note: when you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
